Services We Offer

We provide a comfortable academic atmosphare for your child. You no longer need to deal with stress from your child's school, we will manage the stress.

School Fees Managing

Fees reqired by your child's school are managed and paid by us, you won't receive school fees related calls from your child's school.

Counseling & Guidance

We organize a one on one session with the child once in every academic term where we provide counseling services.

Academic Supervision

We attend parents meetings, assess child's termly reports, and authorize neccessary programs for the child's progress at school.

Social Activities

We arrange occassional activities where we meet all learners under our guardianship for group experiences and events.

Emergencies & Medical

We managed emergencies of medical treatment and matters of disciplinary nature faced by the child while at school.

Talent Nurturing

Being a performing art association, we stretch support to creative young people by getting involved in shaping their talent and skills

24/7 Help & Support

We keep regular communication with you, the child and the school - and provide a 24-hour emergency contact service.

Secure Account

We provide you a secure online account for depositing your child's expences. One secure account is enough for all your children.

Steps Involved

Download Agreement

Download our guardianship agreement to read our terms of servive. Make sure you have understood the document before signing.

Sign Agreement

Fill-out all required fields of the Agreement, and Apply your signature as a parent or representative of a parent on the document.

Submit Signed Agreement

Scan the signed agreement and send it to our guardianship team with the school's fees stracture and other documents that may be required.

Communications

Our guardianship team will contact you for an indepth discussion about our services upon receiving of your submitted signed Agreement.

Student Expense Account

A student expense account will be created for you, with full information about your child, with a payments table based on service offered.

Make Payments

Sign into your account on the TAIM AFRICA website, access the Student Expense Account, and make the payments are stated in your payments table.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you get started

Who is an education guardian?

An Education guardian is a person or body responsible for the care of the Student while he/she is in School. The responsibilities of the Guardian will also include being in regular contact with the Student and providing advice and support as necessary.

Do you operate in all countries?

No, unlike other services on this website, this service is availed for only people in Uganda. The child should be attending school in a Ugandan institution/school for us to be able to offer guardianship services.

Do you offer Homage Services?

We have not yet started providing homage services to students. It is the parent's responsibility to find host the child when not in school. We mainly recommend boarding schooling for parents who require homage services for their children.

General parent's responsibility to the school?

Under our guardianship, the parent is only responsible for all scholarstic material - but not fees. Monetary requirements of the school are a responsibility of TAIM AFRICA. For example; tuition, medical fees, school tours, etc.

How much does the parent pay for this service?

Our fees are similar for each child added to this program. A Guardianship fee of 300,000 UGsh, a Student Expense Account creation fee of 50,000 UGsh, and a monthly 7% payment of dedicated fees.

Can I pay for more than one academic year?

Yes, you can deposit supplementaries on your child's student account to cater for future education of the child. This is helpful as it provides assuarance of your child's education for classes ahead. It's like saving for the future.
